I missed the preview, but some of the fixes seem to be lingering on. I do not know wheter the following are bugs or whether they are balances that I was unaware of.
Healing weapons (medic) do not heal past a players health cap. Maybe less.
Healing weapons (all) seem to heal less per shot than they did. I.E. using alt fire on flack I used to be able to count on about 10 healing on a close shot (a little more if I could hit direct) now a direct hit seems to heal 6, also saw this with the mini and the rocket.
Im gonna go do some "research" on the server to try to get more spacific for yall.
