Post-preview quirks?

I just hopped back in to see that the preview has been taken down tonight, as I don't have any of the new medic artifacts.

It also seems that at least I have experienced some quirks in my character, specifically that I can't increase my health past 300 (I have full health bonus), and healing others is litererally a hit and miss prospect. Sometimes I can heal characters (though not to their max health), other times I can't, even if they're below 100.

What's even stranger though is that I still have other abilities I've recently purchased, like ghosting (a few days ago) and higher max adren (purchased earlier today). Anyone know what's going on?
