There is an arcane process by which someone becomes an admin, we don't discuss it because it's a very secret process. The only thing I'll reveal is that we approach people to become admins, not the other way around.

The fundamental problem is this: The first word we learn as children is NO. From that point forward society teaches women that saying no isn't polite, and society teaches men to respect those who wont take no for an answer.
