Organizing of maps

One thing I've been a little irritated by in the past (by UT in general, nothing bad on the server), is that maps can be hard to find if you're looking for a specific one, and having a scroll through all of them searching for the right one.

If it'd be possible, perhaps try organizing each map by gametype (They already are, I know.), and then even further by organizing the map names alphabetically, to make searching easier?

Or, if that would be too difficult, maybe organize them within gametypes by which maps are played the most? I've noticed that whenever I sign on, all the maps I'd like to play have been taken (grrr), and even then when I search for one that hopefully hasn't been selected, it takes up my minute for voting and I don't get any say in the map choice.

check out the header tabs in the vote screen,

you can sort alphabeticly, by played count, by # of current votes, and by sequence #

all sorting can be ascending or descending just click a tab to alternate.

I usually try to vote for less played maps since I probably havnt played half of them.

Amen brother, I always try to vote for the lesser played maps simply because I'd like to play them-seems that most players like the tried and true...............
