DruidsPlayerAgreement 106 -- Possible exploit in 105

I recently got an email from the =F.F.M= Clan stating that they had someone who had found an exploit in the Player Agreement that makes you invincible.

I'm not able to duplicate the exploit itself, but I can see how with another mutator or two you could easily cause it to occur.

I have developed a fix. This new player agreement doesn't spawn the player at all. They enter a special spectator state until they agree.

I'm putting this up here to give everyone a chance to test it before I release it to the broader community. Consider this a solid beta. Please give it a try.

I would greatly appreciate feedback from other game types than invasion, since that's likely all the testing it'll get here.
