IT'S ALIVE! (sort of)

Well, with that out of the way, I need a new mouse. Getting hard to find the one I'm using new, and I'm kinda liking the one I bought my wife a year ago. It could make me like a cordless. Most cordless anything are battery eaters. But the Logitech MX1100 has some very power saving features that makes a pair of AAs last a whole year. And with a few programmable features, I could like it. I would like anything that worked at this point. Got the system to a working order and the mouse is funky.

I've only worked 3 weeks and I'm having delusions of money.

Both of our rigs need to be replaced or severely overhauled. I have already picked out our monitors. a pair of HP ZR24w screens that will do us nicely. I got this old 17" CRT and she has a 19" Hitachi wide screen LCD, but she want's something with more real estate so she can increase the resolution and still be able to read what's on there. I chose these as they have great marks and 10 bit per pixel color gamut. Her rig won't be a power house, but it will be a hell of a lot better than what we are running now. I will have to geek out and build something in the awesome category for myself. Been 7 years since I could build awesome, so I'm overdue. I'm still waffling on whether to keep my case or not. I love the look and the mod I performed on it...I think I will keep it, but will add liquid cooling to it as the air flow sux.

Been using a Microsoft 6000 wireless set, no complaints thus far and it's benn over a year.
