The missing texture is right above the 3 rocket packs, as you step out of the room with the grenade launcher. Also, I forgot to put coronas in the small room with the rocket launcher pickup.


Edit: the ledge with the missing texture is on the right side of this screenshot.


This picture also illustrates a lighting issue. See the tiny little lamp in the center of the picture? The light attached to it so bright and has such a large radius that it lights up the entire room and makes the walls look washed out. In contrast, the much larger lamps on the three arches to the right aren't putting out enough light to even reach the ground! Although it looks ok at first glance, it just doesn't make sense, and it takes away from the immersion of the level. To fix this, but keep the same overall lighting/shadowing effect, you should place a couple of larger light sources above that ledge.

This room also has the same issue, a tiny lamp lighting up the whole room.

found another problem near link gun,, its a killing spot... btw i cant fix the hole in the stairs because everytime i fix it shows another 2 holes near link ( )

i just solved both bsp holes! ( nothing like move to the last brushes!) solved

now i will only add somthing to the celling ( jump bots) and the missing texture
solved
about the lights i dont get the problem but i will add few lights in the arches!
water stuff now i think is good solved

i got issues with the 2 adrens and the floor next to the minigun..(upstairs)

there is some collision over there a small block however in unrealed it dosent show anything( not even in the perspective view... not other view

I'll check it out. Just a suggestion as you work on and upload non-final versions of maps, save it as a new file name every so often. Two reasons for this - first you have a back up if something in the map gets really screwed up and you can start over at a recent point (autoplay.ut2, unreal ed's temp files, also help with this), and so there aren't version mismatches for people who have previous versions of the map.

Fixed the bsp issues. I made some subtle shaders for many of the textures in the map to help improve the look. Fixed the cloud texture, and replaced the pillar texture since it was impossible to align without reconstructing a lot of bsp. I also considered importing some of the high res S3TC textures from UT, but alignment is the issue again. Importing those would also leave some of the textures low res, so we'd either have to make our own or use different textures, and I'm not crazy about either option. I fixed lighting in the the two areas I talked about and worked on shadow settings (remember rgb8 light for best results as you rebuild the map.) I also made static mesh lights that match the look of the originals so it will be easier for you to place and adjust lighting.

I didn't work on pickups at all, I'll leave that to you.
