Winter

We got snow too, I was Ill so my wife said that she would go out and move some of it.

she came back in a little later and told me to get my clothes on, we were going shopping for snow blowers.

A couple hours later, she finished up the drive with a little 5 horse, pretty good deal too.

so this year, hopefully a little more time to play, and a little less sore back.

My snow is broken! It accumulates in puddles and it's all splashy-like.

I figured the regular white stuff was bad enough.

haha...it's snowing here in Houston right now (although many of you wouldn't call it snow)

send the snow this way!!! we need it! It hasnt snowed here in the valley for awhile now i need to snowboard!!! grr

Have you considered habitation in Buffalo? Never a lack of the fluffy white there.

I'm in NJ now, all it does is rain but I originally lived near Syracuse, NY.

My first awareness that upstate New York winters were somehow different from other places was when I was around 5 or 6. I asked my mother why we had a old red blanket in the closet that was never used. "Oh", she says, "that's what you hang out the window to show the National Guard helicopters where to drop the food packages if you run out and the roads still aren't cleared". Now that's snow.
