and my LW is called roadkill for a reason after wave 10 or so I feel like a gopher on the highway kerSPLAT and thus he needs painkiller (no maybe a resurrection artifact)

Well it was pretty obvious that Painkill v3.4 was not a newbie because he had the proper skills at the proper levels. On top of that he was not asking the normal round of questions that comes with new players.

A quick look through the stats page gave it away. (most should not have needed that but I got a little problem with .........................

Decent basic tutorial, just so you know, I prefer the mini for following another player around to keep them topped off on health, and if you are going that direction anyway, you might as well pick a adrenal master, they aren't robbing you of the little bit of xp you get by regenerating or vamping.

I prefer to find a place thats not too far from the "main crossroads" and let people know the area that I will be in and that way they can find me when they need me. I have played maps where people set their trans to where I was (read only medic on). Believe me I liked the times that I was the only medic playing.

Also i like using link gun as medic wep...works great as medic wep and all aorund wep..well..not on metal titans and skarjs..but a shield gun gets the skaarjs .and the titans i generally have a back up wep..such as poison...or piercing...ooh!! piecing flak + medic link + berzerk on titan wave..o_o...(and if ur lucky enough to spawn a DD with a lucky..hehe....so perfect..

I do what i can! but i seriously doubt it! well...except mysitc..and echo and greedo!

Thanks Griz I really looked at designing this character a certain way I wanted Painkill to be a much more agressive style medic
but after playing I discovered that healing other players and keeping them in the game became as enjoyable as killing monsters now I do both
I like the mini idea just haven't gotten used to using as a medic, I'm always using the medic'd link though especially against Titans >

as far as "becoming a landmark" as Fodder put it (I think he said it ) I prefer to return to the hideout blast everyone and run around some more but in later waves I really tend to hole up in one spot for sure

next in line is maxing the adren so I can berserk forever mwhahaha

and now that I think about it I really like the idea of a resurrection artifact/skill cost 100 adren to use, and maybe 50 point at min level 100 like ghost 1 at lvl 1 , and so on

no forget it these guys/gals work hard enough at this stuff already lets not give em ulcers

try berzerk....with a vorp ..and resupply..o_o...crazy....but yeah my nx character n my l,list will be AM too....making WM last...not for any reason..its jsut that AMs gots that rod..o_o.......

According to some rough calculations I've done, it would be more worth it in terms of XP for my MM to get 11 points of damage bonus, than to get XP healing 3.

The calcs were taken at level 39 whilst I had XP heal 1; even though they represent only one map, I feel they are probably a good representation of average, even though my total XP gross per has probably gone up.

Total XP earned on map: 869
Approx total HP healed: 4205
Approx total XP from healing (4205 x .02)=84
Approx gain in XP per map for each level of XP heal purchased: 42 (84/2)
Approx XP from killing/other:785
Approx gain in XP per map by adding 11 pts DB: ((785 x 1.055)-785) = 43

So, even though they're incredibly close, it should be more beneficial for me to get DB rather than XP heal 3 in terms of XP. And since DB has actual benefits in combat, that just seals the deal.
On a side note, I'm still going to get a few more monster-related abilties before maxing DB.

Feel free to burn me at the stake now.

Why should anyone be surprised?

We have had players from all over the world play on DC. Serveral of those players I've played with before on a defunct server that had regular and instagib modes.

We've had regular players from Mexico, England (not only Szlat), France, Germany, Netherlands, Korea, Japan, and Spain.

This is what make the internet so great. Communications between people with different cultures and heritages playing together with common interest. I love it.

if I remember right Kitty is from Vancouver, didn't know Tzakol was a Canuck or you Micron (GO FLAMES GO) , and I believe the war cry should be koo looko ku ku ku ku koo

and FogRaider the Ps was in jest as in the idea was heal others and do nothing else lol , xp gain is much better from killing monsters but they don't thank you for doing it

the other monster mite thank you for killing the bugs..the buzzing can get on ANYONES nerves...
