I agree... that's why I suggested someone host it. I'm sure it can be done on DC but it would probably be more work, I mean if we wanted it just to be a match between those who want the challenge, then do we want it even teams?There are not as many girl as guys on here (with the exception of Hobo,Echo and Demon haha). Also the pings would be fair...if you ping well to the server. Also the matter of just having said players on at that specific time...don't know how that would work.
On the other hand if the person who hosts the game, plays as well, some ppl could have a prob. with that......or he/she could just be a nuetral host and kill themselves off at the beginning.....it all depends how serious ppl want to get.
I say keep it for fun, but let the match count....IE no ff or messing around.
Just my thoughts on it.

A non-RPG setup is the easiest way to accomplish a fair game that contests players' skill instead of hours logged playing RPG Invasion.

I agree with the non RPG. so now we gotta figgure out whos playing first of all to see how big of server we need. The list starts here Women HAVE to be on the winning side aka the 'womens team' (we will re-name later). the men can choose which team they want to be on and we will decide if your worthy of being on the almighty team!

besides Echo, hobo and Demon of course! But in all fairness if you choose to be on the womens team you HAVE to have a female skin! there will be screen shots of the game and i dont want it to be confusing! so to begin with...

Am I the only one man (ha ha!) enough to represent the XY?

My access to UT is limited, so I advocate the match(es) be post-work hours on a weekday for me to attend. When this happens, should we do best of three? To 60pts?

Also, whoever is coordinating this -- I nominate Pyro -- should declare the maps well in advance so everyone has equal opportunity to familiarize themselves w/ the guns and layout.

If we need more meat for the grinder, I can recruit a few co-workers.

I'm not the best at deatmatch either, but it will be a blast! Besides that you are a good player! And if you don't want to play, that's ok...we could always use a Mascot! hehe
