actually mine was done in photoshop and in flash i sized it all in photoshop and a guy in my clan helped me with the flash

I don't have the means to make these then. I don't have photoshop or a way to make flash animations. I guess you are stuck with my dumb looking picture!

How do you get the animated gifs to work? My Smoking Elvis avatar should be spinning around and changing colors. How do I get it to work?

Its an Oingo Boingo symbol and they call him the Smoking Elvis. Could be Elvis...kinda bald though and his top lip is straight though.

I used Aesop 1.5. Import each of your JPEGs into a different "frame" then create your gif. I hosted it on imageshack.

I could have done it in flash, but I wanted more creativity.

Try Gimp it works a lot like Photoshop and it's free!
