I'm still around

In case anyone hasn't noticed I haven't been playing in some time. Some technical issues on my end that's making me not play, but I already have the fix in the works.

What happened was is my old keyboard pooped out on me (spilled a drink on it) and to make a long story short it's useless now. I'm using a temporary cheap $8 WalMart keyboard right now that I've had laying around for years.

I can't game with this keyboard. If I press more than 2 keys simultaneously it won't be sent to the PC. So if I press "W" and "D" at the same time I can't press anything else. Well I can press another key but nothing will happen, however the keyboard I was using would let me depress more than 2 keys.

So I'm waiting for my new keyboard to be shipped to me. Heck I ordered two of them ($25!!) The keyboard I used to have (and the 2 on order) is the Microsoft interent keyboard. Not the pro, not the natural split keyboard, just a simple PS/2 keyboard, that's always been my favorite. And they are getting cheap too!

So.. I'll likely be back later on this week to kill some Titans.

just make sure you spend twice the amount of hours studying as you do in the bars/parties

You are studying veterans? Seems odd at a college campus...

So, you are doing the pre-vet and then transfer to a veterinary school? I wanted to do that, but then just got a biology degree. Side note, don't do what I did. I think you have a better plan. Just make sure you keep up with the readings, homework, labs, writeups, exams, projects, etc.

My college has it so that the first year is pre-vet/pre-health then you go on to the actual Veterinary Science major classes. Its a sweet deal.

Hope the new keyboard works for you. It sounds like an ASCII chip problem. If the new board does the same as the old, you might need to swap mother boards.

I had a similar experience, but it wasn't the keybord. It had something to do with the way my MB was cacheing the keystrokes.
