Help me please

I been playing ut2k4 for about 8 mnths now and i have a problem says the master server has my cd key on it alrdy i never had this problem before what can i do i paid 50 bucks for this game and i do wana play is there anything that ut website can do ?

have you contacted the UT website about this? a similar problem happened to me when i reinstalled HL2. if you contact their support with specifics about what is happening they should be able to iron it out.

Peashooter - contact Atari regarding this matter. They'll look into it for you, ask you to verify that you do actually own a copy of the game, and should subsequently reset your cd key for you.

As HL2 was brought up, and interesting article caught my eye the other day. Basically, the premise is that the whole Steam system and how Valve treated it contravenes certain laws, thus making it illegal. You can read more here:

Thanks for the help i sent a message to UT.com wellto artar thing and they told me that it must be a cdkey generater that gave someone my same cd, they told me to wait it out and if keeps happing i have to send my cd case to them with 10 bucks

( for proof of copy) and they will fix it for me

Is that like www.epicgames.com? It sure sounds suspicious to me. I'd call the support number that came with the unreal package, or find it on the epicgames website.

I've never heard of UT.com

He's probably referring to unrealtournament.com, which is the official site. UT.com doesn't lead anywhere.
