I think most of the info you can find in the readme that comes in the download. You have to download UT2004RPG first.

If there's anything in the readme that's unclear or needs help to getting you up and running, let me know!

Re: how do i set up druids to run on my unreal dedicates server

its very unclear, so I need some help.

I Dled the 2.0 RPG, that worked.
Then I Dld Druids latest one you have just now, installed it.
Added that line in the ut2004.ini that you wanted.
Then I overwrote the rpg ini to the one you provided.

then I ran game. Crashed every time and says it can't find druidsrpg.

I put the unzip of it in default UT2004 directory, of course.

Please help. thank you.

That means it cant find the DruidsRPG145.u Make sure this file is in your UT2004/System dir. Also, if you're running this as a server, you need to add DruidsRPG145 and UT2004RPG to your downloads list

Actually Dru, it could be this
in HTML the file looks right. but if you open the RPG ini that you package with the mutator in notepad.. instead of carriage returns.. it has some ASCII symbol that looks like a rectangle in it.

Pretend I am stupid.

where is the .u file you said, isnt that in the druidsrpg folder in its system folder? You want me to move that to the ut2004 root system folder?

And what does it mean to add druids and ut2004 to your downloads list.
I do not understand. I followed directions in DL exactly, but I have a feeling they are incomplete. What you said above is not in there.
Thanks for the help./

Ah ok.

When you extract the zip, you'll get a DruidsRPG145 directory. Inside that, there's a System directory and a Textures Directory. Those files are intended to be moved to your server's UT2004\System and UT2004\Textures directories

the DruidsRPG145 directory isn't itself supposed to go anywhere in your UT2004 directory ;)

By the downloads bit, I mean that you have to add to your UT2004\System\UT2004.ini in the [Engine.GameEngine] section

ServerPackages=UT2004RPG
ServerPackages=DruidsRPG145

if you haven't already.
