Thing is, things should only go into a skin pack that people are using, in order to keep the size from ballooning. So the chances of finding something "unique" in any pack put together here is slim. Other servers (DAWGA, for instance) had skin packs on their website, and many folks here use skins from that pack - you might try that one. 

Um you've misunderstood me ... let me see if I can clear it up: First off, for someone to see your skin, they have to have it installed on their PC (the client). The server only provides the info about what skin you're using (but not the skin files themselves). If their PC doesn't have the skin, it shows you as Jacob. When it comes to making a "skin pack" for people to download, I would suggest any "pack makers" stick to skins that people say they use here on the server, rather than downloading the contents of SkinCity.BeyondUnreal.com and making a pack out of that. That way, any "skin pack" you make won't have "cruft" in it that no one will ever use. DAWGA is a UT server that has a website (www.dawga.com) and any time someone brings up the term "skin pack", they usually get mentioned somewhere along the line. I would guess it's because they have a pack or two on their site available for download.
