If you haven't played one of those characters in the last couple months it was probably deleted when the UPS crashed a little while back. Lots of low level characters were wiped, and just so you know all low level inactive characters are purged every blue moon to clear up the server's player database which grows into the thousands of lower level characters that are inactive.
