who can help me?

somethings been going on with my UT game. in game, when i switch to another weapon it doesn't tell me what it is (i.e. in invasion, i switch from rl to flak, generally it would say "flak cannon of force +4", or something like that, but it doesn't show me anything. cha-chi has somewhat of an idea of what i'm talking about (i've mentioned it to him 2 or 3 times). i tried updating my video card, didn't work. i also tried updating my UT from ver 3339 to ver 3355, didn't work. who can help me

This happened to me a couple games in when I first started playing on the DC server. I know the frustration you feel. It lasted around a week and finally All I did was reinstall UT ( A pain considering the time it takes) and it worked for me.

P.S. I didnt uninstall just installed over existing files.

Well installing over the existing files will replace any of them that were changed and altered for the worst (for whatever reason they may have been.) You will probably have to reinstall the latest patches again for UT but its worth a shot. I thought you said you were having some display problems, like you were getting white "texture" issues also?

thats in RO, but that happenes to everyone once in a while from what i've learned.
