Which, according to DC, is the best 7th generation game console?

The fundamental problem is this: The first word we learn as children is NO. From that point forward society teaches women that saying no isn't polite, and society teaches men to respect those who wont take no for an answer.

I've never played on an Xbox before, so I don't have an opinion on that. I have played just a couple on a Wii and I own a PS3. So, between a PS3 and Wii, it depends on the person. I think the Wii is good for younger kids and some adults as the games seem to cator to those. The usage of the Wii remote and nunchuk controllers are pretty cool and the games that I've played are pretty fun. From what I've seen, the PS3 has better graphics and will play blu-ray movies as well. I believe both have a free online gaming option and both have internet browsers. I don't think the Wii has a hard-drive, though, so that would seem to take away from saving games. I think the Wii has removable flash drives that you can use, though. I don't know which one I like better, I think they were made with different demographics in mind.

The Wii. No contest.

The good: price, trademark Nintendo games, gameplay that gets you off the couch, excellent party games that are easy to pick up (even for people who don't play video games).
The bad: the graphics are good, but no where near either of the competitors. Where's my DVD playback?!

Haha, just to add to the diversity... I'm in for the 360.
Positives:
--Amazing graphics, good games (Halo, Gears of War, Bioshock, Crackdown..)
-- Xbox live does cost money ($50 per year) but is reliable and has millions online
-- The Xbox Live arcade, allows you to download demos of upcoming games for free and old classics like Tron, Sonic, Doom, Bejewelled that you can either play free as a demo or pay between 2 and 10 dollars for the full versions.
-- Ability to play your ipod music through the console instead of listening to in game music.... or conducting private conversations with friends while playing.
--My last point would be that it's nicely set up, the menu screens are all easy to sort through and communicating with friends is extremely easy.

Negatives: Xbox live isn't free heh
--If you're a big HD or Blue ray fan you need to buy an external HD player for the system.

Overall I love the console and am never bored with the downloadable content it provides in game add ons, demos, online play, and the arcade.

I own all 3 and each one has its best points, but my favorite is the PS3.

I don't have to pay to play with my friends online.

I have playback and compatibility with all of the major formats of media. built in media browser. Largest selection of games (if you include the legacy games I own from having a PS2 and PS1).

I have the ability to add a different operating system, or 2, or more if I want, I can also use a standard laptop drive to upgrade my hard drive or an external, without paying a large company through the nose for their hard drive that is the only one that works with my machine. I have the freedom to make my own themes and don't have to pay for those either.

I can share my content legally with up to 7 of my friends, whether they live next door or across the country, and they can share with me.

All in all it comes down to freedom, yeah, the other consoles have some nice games and good features, thats why I own them, but my PS3 does stuff that neither of the others can, or likely will ever be able to do.

Say what you will, I'm sticking to the Wii. New controls for a lot of their games make them both fun and you can get a small workout from Wii Sports. Their controls for it make a lot of games that are also on other systems (ie Sypro: The Eternal Night) fun to play with a bit more fluidity (I don't know if that's actually a word) than just with a standard controller. Albeit, it does have some errors that could use some tuning.
I'll admit, the PS3 looked good and the 360 has a lot going for it. But with Brawl on the way and their well done backwards compatibilty with the GC games, I have to say that the Wii is better.
Sure, it may not have really goods graphics, but if I wanted that, I'd stick to my PC system and nothing else. But they have the actual family fun factor as well, plus, it's a party system.
Another plus is it's size compared to the other two. The Wii is small, the controllers are thin, and that makes it easier to move around. Try lugging a PS3 on a four hour trip, or (if you have all the stuff) that extra gear for the 360, plus the system and hook up in one bag. The Wii, no problem.

I have a Wii, my best friends have PS3 and a 360, and my cousin has a 360 as well. Played all three, and still I prefer the Wii. But that's just me.

Furry and proud of it!

I think the Wii has it, if just for the fact that it's takes gaming into a new realm.

Could anyone disagree that as far as controllers go little has changed since the original NES.

Graphics aside, Kudos to nintendo for innovation.

I voted for the Wii but I have the feeling that when I get a PS3 I will be changing my mind.
