Anyway, give it a watch! We saw it on a digital screen, non-IMAX. I've now heard a few people (including the review writer) who though the IMAX experience was detrimental to the movie.

I'm going to see it again with a friend, but this time to an IMAX... can't wait. I'll be sure to post if I see any big differences.

Well Batman was just as good the second time, although the IMAX was impressive. The chase scene alone is worth seeing in IMAX. I don't think you're missing too much by not seeing it in IMAX, but if you have the chance it's worth the extra 50 cents for the bigger screen and better audio. The movie felt the same, but certain points felt more immersive at the IMAX than my first viewing.

My wife loved it... me, well, it was alright for me. Maybe too much hype and I could spot some minor mistakes (i.e. Bruce dumps the wine out the balcony... then his glass is half full)

The Strangers

For a thriller, I liked this movie. I didn't think it was going to be very good, but I was wrong. It's not the best scary movie but it was worth the rental. It keeps ya on the edge of your seat somewhat because...well... the "strangers" characters are just plain wierd and freaky.

It's basicly about a couple who stay the night at a relative's home after attending a wedding. The home is kinda out in the country but isn't completely secluded as there are other homes within a half mile or so.
They get a strange girl knocking at their door at like 4am and shortly after the chaos begins. Supposedly it's based on a true story, but we all know how that can go, not sure how much of the story line is actually "based" on said "true story".

It gets a 6.5/10 from me.

I'm disappointed.........

My wife and I went to see Angels and Demons--very poorly done as far as the storyline is concerned. It does not follow the book at all, except for 3 of the 4 elements.

I'm being generous in giving it a 1/10.

I think it will be a good show, but not as good as the first one.

Hobo, don't let me discourage you from seeing Angels and Demons, but if you have read the book................

I am surprised that nobody has mentioned the new Star Trek movie... I was taken out to see it by a friend as a part of our "get out of the girl's hair while they hold their bridal shower" trip, and it was fairly good. I liked the characters, and for the most part liked the story line, but found the differences from what I expected (avoiding spoilers) a little bit of a distraction. I would give it a 7/10, and will definitely want to get it when it comes out on DVD.

BTW... one thing I did not think was well thought out... no way would they be building starships on the surface of the Earth. Maybe a shuttle, but even those would likely be built in orbit, since that is where the material resources and energy would be more plentyful.

Well what can I say but one word AWESOME... the movie TRANSFORMERS!!! It was great, the story line and almost every aspect about it, I loved it but like all movies there are a few things you dislike but despite this I have to give this a good rating:

I rate it 9/10 or 9.5/10

Im not going to mention any part about the movie here as to not want to spoil it for you guys who still havent watched it but its definitely worth the 2.5 hours of film.

Actually I really liked Angels and Demons. I haven't read either of the books, but I found it to be much more entertaining than The Da Vinci Code. The first movie was a little too hard to follow at times and definitely not action-packed like Angels and Demons.

Haven't had a chance to see it just yet, the big man will be home tomorrow, so maybe we will go this weekend, but I have to ask what's with the controversy about some "racial robots"? Is it as bad as the media is making it out to be? If anyone can answer without giving too much away....
