MPC The Familyroom-Removal Request

I'm requesting that MPC-TheFamilyroom be removed from the server. (The name may not be word for word BTW)
Reasons:

...too many hiding spots that are nigh-unreachable by monsters, too many superweapons, too many giant piles of pickups.

The map is like a free win, and often a boring win at that.

But its fun

It's like, I like to watch "Survivor Man" but I also like "Tom & Jerry"

(Man, that jerry kills me

)

Hey don't knock "Survivor Man" he's cool.

"I'll send the crew back later to clean up after me."

And then there's "How It's Made". The guys voice tries to be interesting but fails miserably. However, the subject matter usually holds your interest sufficiently ...

And don't even mess with "Deadliest Catch" - that's my show!

Survivor Man is my main man!

It's was a comparision on a show where you can learn something useful and a show thats just for fun. (you decide which is which)

Also dont leave out "Dirty Jobs" once it's on I can pull myself away

I agree with the sentiment, certainly, but I am hesitant to remove a map just because a few of us think it is boring. I am under the impression that it is quite popular. If there is enough support to remove it, though, I'll happily do so.

I do not. No map is truly boring unless you are bored with the game. Most likely, those maps that strike you as boring are maps that does not suit or reflect your style of play.

I usually prefer enclosed maps, but this map is fun. I don't think it should go simply because we have so few maps of its kind.

This is one of my favorite maps 1. becuase of the hiding spots for stashing your trans and 2. becuase of all the awesome pictures on the walls and all the near little things the designer put in i.e. the computer and the Lighting Gun

I like Familyroom just for the sheer unique-ness of it. Although, I think someone should add a real ceiling. (-;

Also, if you're an engineer, where else are you going to be able to drive vehicles around the couch without the cat wrecking the fun. :)

i dont like it.. i know its late but i must take it off my chest ..

this map has like 4 deemers and i found only 1 paint and im sure there are more...
i really like the "map" but not when every wep that i take is a deemer :S

cant be modificated in some how? the autor made like a copy right? (dont whats the word for that but i guess it its right)

I think its just too big. it favors the guns that get to the target instantly and with quickfoot. a medium level can't even see the monster before it's dead... a higher level will hit it 5 times before you even see it

I don't like the map very much either. Weapon placement leaves a lot to be desired too.

However, I'm grateful that MPC family room is the only map of its type on this server. Many other servers ONLY have giant room maps and/or ugly hiding spot maps.
