Hockey Playoffs

So it's the time to make a run for the Stanley Cup..... GO SABRES!!!! Anyone else following their team this year?

I am watching the playoffs. But this is the time of year where I pine...preseason starts in August.

I don't know if it was playoffs or what, but I saw the Penguins vs. Ottowa (sp) about a week ago... like 4 points between them in like 8 mins, all hard fought, and speaking of fighting... it is strange to see a ref just sort of standing there while one player is stalking another, both of them helmets/gloves off, fists up. I just wish I could have seen the entire game, instead of like 15 mins of it.

As for my team... the CBJ has not been doing well this year, even for their norm. I know there have been and continue to be some high level meetings, and it would not surprise me to see some firings (esp management/coaching), trades, etc. I just hope that the Crew do better in Soccer this season than the CBJ did in hockey.

I've been really enjoying the Dallas Stars Vs. Vancouver Canucks... the first game went into 4 overtimes and the second was 1 overtime. So far this series has been one of the most exciting to watch for me.

The Sabres are making me cry... 0-2 VS Ottawa....
