To me, there is not enough deviation between the scores for the 3 medic classes to warrant a closer look.
I agree.
Dragon7350 thanks for doing the testing.
I notice the highest xp value you got with the E.Medic (LM3) was the one with the lowest score - implying that you spent more time healing than on the other two EMedic(LM3) logs.

After talking to Dragon7350 online about it a few days ago, I also tried Extreme Medic(LM3).
For about 35 seconds. It was totally not worth it. Doing without the poison blast alone was enough to convince me. Add to that the full adren cost for the heal blast and reduced speed in healing oneself and others with the medic gun and you've simply crippled yourself by not going to LM4.
If someone wants to play the Extreme Medic with just LM3, I say let 'em. It's a trade-off, not an exploit. The xp scored could not possibly be better than a maxed out Extreme Monsters or maxed out Extreme Medic. Or at least not in my case.

Just heard of another one (that I promise is not an overreaction this time) from Skydust. Allegedly, shield blast does not work in DM games. I believe Sky was playing the MM/Eng hybrid subclass at the time, because he also said that his lightning sentinal was attacking his pets (which, obviously, won't be an issue next build.)
I've yet to test whether or not this is the case for normal engineers as well; if it only affects that particular subclass, then it might not be worth chasing down a solution given the team-oriented nature of next build's MM/Eng.

In TDM and DM, a lot of the extras are disabled to level the playing field. For example, a Weapons Master will not be able to nuke the field with his deemer.
