Greetings Everyone. I'd just like to go over some baseline rules for submitting something to CVS.

1) Before something is committed, I'd like to have a discussion topic brought up here containing the changes so we can discuss them in advance of them going in. If you're making major changes, lets try to have some developer group agreement before it goes in.

2) Please test your changes before you commit them. Make sure they compile, and dont break other features.

3) Agree to follow the post about how the code is licensed.
