Server currently running v178. I am switching to v2 and am basically starting from scratch...erasing all stats except for a few peoples stats(those that are server donors). For them, I am refunding all points but allowing them to keep their level so they can spend them as they wish with the new classes/abilities. If everyone has base rpg stats to begin with(no points spent on anything), do I still need to use the upgrade mutator?

Nope. If there's another upgrade in the future, I'll let everyone know in the release notes, but otherwise, there's no reason to run it.
