I never said that. Michelle and I have been planning a Vegas trip for a long time. Although, now I'm thinking we should just skip the gambling and go for some cute cabana boys in Hawaii. I'm sure THEY'D appreciate my nali with a shield gun tattoo!

And Mr. Clean, I laughed hysterically. I know you were horsing around.

And Chameleon, you need to go to Vegas. Pump some more money into the machines...so...you know...when I win the big $100 Billion or something like that.

my family generally has issues with gambling...my one sister and her husband are rather addicted to it, bigtime o_o i myself have gone to atlantic city a few times and played slots and many tables. its fun, and i generally know when to say when..but not always <_<

i prefer card tables, like blackjack, carribean stud, 4-card poker, and sometimes let 'em ride. but sometimes it just nice to sit at a slot machine and let it eat away your money by yourself my family keeps pestering me to go again, but i only want to go twice a year rather than once a month

incidentally, before my one friend introduced me to dc, i would play poker OL a lot, with fake money points. i just hung there mostly to kill time :}

How we met:

XpawX:

It was a dark night, late in June, and I had gone out to a club and met up with a friend of mine named Jim. This particular dance club was lit with the fanfare of bright flashing lights bouncing about like nighttime fireflies. Jim and I sat down at a raised table overlooking the dance floor, and my attention was captured by a beautiful dancer. She glided across the dance floor in graceful sweeps and colorful swirls in perfect time to the music. From her flowing brown hair, to her flowing steps, I was mesmerized. Jim interrupted my reverie mentioning that I should get up and go talk to her. Instead I decided to think on it and go dance for a bit.

Shantara:

I was in mid-twirl, when I happened to look down and catch the glint of a driver's license on the floor. My pants didn't have any pockets, so I had shoved my license into my sock earlier that evening. Even in the dim light, I could tell that the person in the picture had long, flowing brown hair, so I assumed that it was my license. I picked up the forgotten ID and almost put it in my sock without thinking. Fortunately, something stopped me and I glanced briefly at the license to confirm that it was mine. I quickly realized that the handsome young man in the picture was not me, but, in fact, the one that my friends and I affectionately referred to as "Glow-boy" because he always danced with colorful glowsticks and wore neon clothing so bright that it was almost blinding. I handed Glow-boy's license to the bartender, and returned to my dance. Later, I saw Glow-boy enter the dance floor again, so I strode over to him and attempted to yell over the music, "I found your license, and I gave it to the bartender." He thanked me and introduced himself. "I'm Clint." "Clint?" I yelled back. "No, CLINT," he repeated. I frowned, confused. "Flint?" I struggled to make my voice carry over the music with more force. "CLINT!" "Oh, okay" That was pretty much the extent of our conversation, although we both cast numerous glances at each other as we each whispered to our respective friends.

XpawX:

After our suprise introduction, I placed my license back in back in my sock from where it had wigggled out.
I meandered back over to Jim, who asked me if I had just talk to that girl. I responded by telling him that she
had come and talked to me because I had dropped my license. He told me that was smoothe. I only wish I was that smoothe

Shantara:

Slowly the evening wound down, and the club began to close. I saw Glow-boy
walking out of the club with his friend, and I stopped him. "Hey! Here's my phone number." I smiled. "Call me."

The fundamental problem is this: The first word we learn as children is NO. From that point forward society teaches women that saying no isn't polite, and society teaches men to respect those who wont take no for an answer.

I sorta had a night like that one. Turned out much different, though. I found her credit card or something like that and she came over to say thank you and I told her that it was no problem. For a little while, I would look over to where she was and would see her looking over. I rarely have women check me out, well actually, I never do, so I was a little surprised. I was even more surprised when she came back over towards me. To make a long story short, she basically wanted to find out about one of my friends.

'Glow Boy', huh? I'm going to remember that one.

Well I thought as most of you guys have been hearing my funny accent on the server over the last couple of months it was bout time I did the proper English gentleman thing and introduced myself!

I'm 26 years old, real name Ben Lawson, and...yes you guessed it...live in the UK. A place called Dover which is in the very most southeastern corner. Dover is a small town of around 36k people. Only 40km from France across the English Channel and one of the busiest ports in the world.

The plus side to this is easy access to the continent, watersports on my doorstep, and we're only 95km from London. The flip side to this we're way too near the French!

I work as an Operations Manager at a coach company which I really enjoy - refreshing eh! Someone who enjoys their job.

In my spare time I'm either in the water or cleaning my car. Living on the coast I'm lucky enough to be able to spend a lot of time in the water doing various sports like waterskiing, wakeboarding and kitesuring. I have a website with a few pics on (not as impressive as biceps I've gotta say!) of me and my friends having a laugh. Check it out.

http://www.benlawson.co.uk

This server is a real example as to how online gaming should be, all credit to the dedicated soles who run a fantastic setup. I can honestly say I've not found anywhere like it.

So hi to all you people who make it fun to be here. If you ever fancy a trip to the UK check Dover out and I'll get you tied to the back of a boat and very wet!

See you on the battlefield.

lol You're too close the French? I thought the feelings that the English and the French had towards one another was all over with. By the way, that was nice of you to put a link the DC on your site.

The trick is to enjoy your surroundings.

If you asked most of the people who live here they'd say "doh, it really boring here, nuthin to do!". I try and get as many of my friends out on the water as possible and open their eyes to some of the amazing sports they could be trying.

The great thing is you can go all over the world and meet people from different countries who do the same thing. I doesn't matter whether you can even speak the same language your all part of one community watching each others backs out on the water.

In the pictures I am the tall guy usually with a black wetsuit on (1st 3 kitesurfing pics and in most of the waterskiing pics).

By the way. Been missing your RARs PyrO!

They call me stretch.
