I've been going to the server more frequently this past month or two and I've notice a little problem. I have been getting this every time I try to connect to the server after getting the "Loaded Monsters" ability:

UT2004 Build UT2004_Build_[2005-11-23_16.22]

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD PentiumPro-class processor @ 1531 MHz with 479MB RAM
Video: NVIDIA GeForce2 Integrated GPU (6693)

General protection fault!

History: UObject::execClassContext <- (DruidMonsterMasterArtifactMonsterSummon BR-Bifrost.DruidMonsterMasterArtifactMonsterSummon @ Function DruidsRPG189.DruidArtifactMonsterSummon.PostBeginPlay : 001A) <- UObject:rocessEvent <- (DruidMonsterMasterArtifactMonsterSummon BR-Bifrost.DruidMonsterMasterArtifactMonsterSummon, Function DruidsRPG189.DruidArtifactMonsterSummon.PostBeginPlay) <- ULevel::SpawnActor <- (DruidMonsterMasterArtifactMonsterSummon) <- UObject::execClassContext <- (RPGStatsInv BR-Bifrost.RPGStatsInv @ Function UT2004RPG.RPGStatsInv.Tick : 00BA) <- UObject:rocessEvent <- (RPGStatsInv BR-Bifrost.RPGStatsInv, Function UT2004RPG.RPGStatsInv.Tick) <- AActor::Tick <- TickAllActors <- ULevel::Tick <- (NetMode=3) <- TickLevel <- UGameEngine::Tick <- Level Bifrost Bases <- UpdateWorld <- MainLoop <- FMallocWindows::Free <- FMallocWindows::Realloc <- 10910191 0 FArray <- FArray::Realloc <- 0*2 <- FMallocWindows::Free

That's why I haven't been seen on the server this past week or so, and I know those smilies aren't normally part of a general protection fault, that's what it looked like when I copied it. At first, I thought it was because I got the "Monster Points" ability first and then got the "Loaded Monsters" ability that caused me to crash. But when I decided to try it the other way around, my game crashed only when I got the "Loaded Monsters" ability.

Now, before I bore everybody to death with all these details, is there anybody else having this problem? Or am I the only one? And, if possible, is there a patch or something that I can download to help me with this problem?

Never programmed unrealscript but it seems like druidrpg is segfaulting for some reason. (Segfaulting refers to when a program tries something naughty with memory, like accessing forbidden addresses). Try removing and reinstalling the latest version of druidrpg?

Thank you, I didn't know they were still working out the little bugs from the UT2004RPG mod, I will try that.

Thank you again, I just came back from the server and I don't have to worry about connecting to the server without having my game crash on me.

[Towards TheDruidXpawX]I know where I went wrong and I'm sorry, I also know you didn't respond to my email but I still wanted to say it anyway. I thought it was because of the DruidsRPG189 that was causing my game to crash, not the fact that my UT2004RPG was still the 2.1 version.

[And towards whoever answers the mail at admin@disastrousconsequences.com]You can ignore my email to reset my stats so that I can keep my experience level but loose all my abilities.

I now know where I went wrong. It was the fact that I was still using UT2004RPGv2.1 and didn't bother to check if there were any other recent versions made. And I thought there wasn't going to be any more versions made, especially since there was such a time gap between UT2004RPGv2.0 and v2.1.

Well, since I have already started a topic about my game, I may as well stick with it instead of starting a new topic. This time my game won't even start, not because of the server, but because of some other reason. This is what I get shortly after I start my game up:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I was wondering if anybody could help me with this new problem. I'm not sure what the problem in my UT2004.exe file is since I haven't changed it at all since I installed my game, or even how to contact the application's support team to find out more about this.
