Problem with the multi kill and killing spree  XML

I think the multikill stuff is messed up. It's back to being 1 kill of a titan and you have a double kill and it's really easy to keep it going. With my medic on Killbilly barn with a triple, I was able to get 1000 xp on wave 6. I was able to keep the triple going the whole wave and was pretty much able to keep the holycows going through the whole level too. Then I switched to my LW character on wave 7 and at the end of the map I had earned about 6000xp. Normally when I score about 1800, I might get about 2000 to 2500xp. So with the 2x xp and being able to keep the holy cows going, I'm gaining almost 3x the xp. I don't know if you want us to be able to get that much xp or not.

oh, and and 600 you get wicked sick.

I just thought you should know dru incase you didn't already.

Yeah, it's crazy Fro. That's why I suspended the records until then.

I got a 5x Holy Crap on wave 2 on BridgeofFate. Who cares?

Post your crazy sprees for braggin' rights, but nothing counts till this is over. Cool?

Allowing the sprees and such to come easier allows for more XP to come your way. Not double XP, but if I'm not mistaken did Dru not say that there would be quad XP for 14 days then 2X for 40 days?

yeah ,i wrote this in the records topic but basically the problem is that normally you either get the spree or don't, there's no half killing spree. so instead of getting 1 rampage, and 2 double kkills, people get godlike + 10 mega kills.

an easy fix is to double the xp you get from reaching the killing spree at 100 or getting a double kill with actually killing two titans.

however,
a) it's only for 10 days
b) druid probably has something planned on his mind

so it's not that big of an issue.
plus getting all those never-see-in-your-dreams rewards, is very encouraging for lower level players

It's 2x XP for those above level 36 and it only APPEARS to be 4x XP for those below level36 because he's made leveling up to level 36 only cost 1/2 the experience points. For example, I'm at level 24 and it only takes me 2200 experience points to get to level 25 instead of 3553.

Although with my medic character it looks like I still only get 1.5x XP for healing killing, but I might be wrong.

I'm sure that if it can lead to abuse or an exploit, then it is best communicated directly to the admins and not posted for the public.

That said, if Druid hadn't cranked up the XP rates then it would take a long time to recouperate for some of the higher level players. For me personally it was just one level (65 to 66) and no biggie since I play every two weeks or so - actually this side effect kind allows me to catch up with the little time I have for playing
