Is it possible that maybe our long time Mighty Benevolent Rulers think that perhaps maybe, if it were conveient, they could add to the front page or a page linked to the front page, a script that shows who's playing on the server at the moment, what map, etc? Because I don't like getting all prepped to join teh server, only to find out they just voted in a ONS map.

The fundamental problem is this: The first word we learn as children is NO. From that point forward society teaches women that saying no isn't polite, and society teaches men to respect those who wont take no for an answer.

I've actually got some perl code that's used on a regular interval to query the server and pull info for the mrtg page http://www.disastrousconsequences.com/mrtg

It probably wouldn't be all that hard to have that run every minute on a cron and html up the results, posting them on the server.

As an add-on, would it be possible to show what the current wave is?

I know this is vain, but thats never stopped me before. Is there a way you could put a players score on his hud? Similar to Adrenaline or Health? Um, this was Steelaces idea.... yeah Steelaces idea. Not mine cause I dont care about score, but Steelace's. He's so vain.

This is to refute cplmac's suggestion as mine. I have made no such request. If you look at his avatar, you will understand that the soap is there for a reason. I can only hope it's Lifebuoy.

OHHHH! That's SOAP!!! I thought it was something else... I was surprised they'd let cpl have an avatar like that, but since now I know it's soap I can see why it's acceptable.

Of COURSE he hasn't Shan! He's Canadian. I don't think he'd get it.
P.S. I really didn't figure Steelace would be checking out the forums anytime soon.
