Quick Question About Medic  XML

OK, Hello everyone!
I just have a quick question about the medic weapon. I noticed it does less damage then a normal gun. I just would like to know if there was a amout of damage it does less or am i just stupid. and if it does do less damage can someone tell me exactly how much. please...

I believe the damage a Healing weapon depends on the bonus given to it, like a Healing +2 weapon would do 20% of the original damage. I'm not sure if that's it, but it would make sense. But yes, it does do less damage, and, unfortunately, self-damage also applies, making it that much more difficult to heal yourself ^^.

1% more per plus. It's supposed to be a healing weapon, not a fighting weapon

I understand the 1% more per plus, but is the regular healing (0) of a flak equal to the regular (0) of a normal flak?
