Chai'i's Skin: New skin 2/6/06 see first post

I've got a new skin for my medic character *(see first post)*. The feathers are a bit screwed up but I can't seem to fix them. If anyone knows how I might do so please let me know. Yes, I have done a FinalBlend, I'm thinking it might have something to do with the lack of an alpha chanel.

They look fine, what is the matter?

Well, they can't be seen from the back. However, I just noticed that the teamskins of the original character have the same issue so I'm not entirely sure it's something that can be fixed
