However the first step is the big one - releasing the hybrids at level 80. That is going to affect the most people.
Bringing the extremes down to 130 and the others to 150 from 200 will affect fewer people - it could wait, but that would mean waiting for 2 builds, which could be a long time.
Let's give it a go. Of course, it all depends on when Druid gets time for a build.
Well Im agree with this
If you put in the next build the sub, extreme and specialist classes at the same time with those level caps, now you will see the real deal when almost all the people are playing them.
You will see server stability, gameplay affected, balance issues, monsters getting weak, bugs, etc.
Its the final test of your amazing work.

Level 90-110
Code:
SubClass AverageXPPerMin MaxXPPerMap NumTimesPlayed AverageLevel
-------------------- --------------- ----------- -------------- ------------
AdrenalineMaster 60 4386 24 106
Engineer 43 4817 71 96
MonsterMaster 35 2565 24 103
WeaponMaster 21 3611 82 100
The AM is doing best here - note that the level 106 AM is doing much better than the level 156 AM following. Basically all these level 106 logs are down to PaRaSthEsia, who is better than average.

Alice: Of course not, but that's because it stays the same year for such a long time together.
The Hatter: …which is just the case with mine.

In the post on Hybrid Additional Ideas I said that Extreme Engineers would have defense sentinels that could heal shields when they were idle. I also extended this to the sentinel specialist, since it is an ability for sentinels.
So these two subclasses do have a method of heaing shields - not with the link gun but more "base centered".
So the two that don't are the vehicle specialist and the turret specialist. Both these two are likely to spend most of the game sitting in a turret or vehicle. I am not sure that shield healing fits in with that really?

Bit of a non sequitur, but Szlat how are you collecting all this data? Being able to track XP gain could be very useful.

There's an expectation that Engineers can heal shields (particularly between waves) just as medics heal hp. Is the concern too much XP for these subclasses?

But this can create problems for vehicle/turret specialists. They have to get out of their vehicle/turret to heal shields, and someone else then gets in. Lots of arguments etc. However, if the specialists can't heal shields, there will not be that expectation on them.

True... but Szlat since you implemented the code which now allows players to kick other players out of their turrets or vehicles, people dont steal as much and is not a problem at all anymore.( Speaking mainly to those who have the keybind and have been using it)

There only seems to be me with reservations, so Shield Healing level 1 and Engineer Awareness to the Extreme Engineer and the three specialists it is then.

See the third post in this thread
But what has this to do with subclass balance?

I can say right now that I foresee the general class getting WAY over powered REALLY early. I am running a char Shadowtrooper on that path right now

At the lower levels this will be very strong due to having 2 infinite weapons, one of which is healing.
However, I think it will plateau fairly early and lack power at the high levels - no offensive sentinels or energy turret, no rod, limited vampire and no superweapons.
