I put the wrong version in the root of the zip. This should be solved in V7.1. You can get V7.1 from http://bigbattleservers.com/battlerpg.php. Please let me know if this solves your problem.

Where 10% can be changed to X%.  
No but you can change the cost and the max level. So if it is 10% but you would prefer 20% you could double the number of levels and make it half price to achieve something similar.

It is indeed quicker than the Mana Regeneration ability. However you can have that ability permanently. You can only have 1 active type of weapon magic at a time so you can not use anything else while using it there.

Ya I just went and used the invasion one and installed invasion (Was gonna install invasion anyway after I played around with the rpg a little) Everything worked fine when I installed the invasion

Yes, I implemented console commands "brpg use artifact", "brpg first artifact", "brpg next artifact" and "brpg prev artifact" so you can bind this to keys.

Ya i knew where to change the RPG$ per level was at.

I'll update to 7.1 when i get off work and give it a go. Prob gonna try out the classes this time around. Keeps up the wonderful work

Also have a suggestion for maybe a future ability.
Shield Regeneration / Max Shield Increase.
Now i know that Armor comes in basily 4 parts. Heres the idea.
All regenerate at 1 per 3 seconds
Level 1 - Regenerates Head Armor (Up to 20 Points of Head)
Level 2 - Regenerates Leg Armor (Up to 30 Points of Leg) (50 Total)
Level 3 - Regenerates Body Armor (Up to 50 Points of Body) (100 Total)
Level 4 - Regenerates Shield Belt Armor (Up to 100 Points of Shield Belt) (150 Total)

So at level 1 would give 1 per 3 seconds and it would be as Head Armor
2 would be technically 2 per 3 seconds and it would be seperated at Head and Leg Armor
3 would be 3 per 3 seconds and would be seperated into all 3
4 would be 4 per 3 seconds though I think its hard capped at 150 shield points.
Of course the stipulation that you cant be hit for X amount of seconds before regeneration would apply. Just a suggestion.

Also just being curious. Is there an upper bound to the number of levels an ability can have. I want to try an expierement with some very high level abilities and wondering how high the ability can be set.

Armor is very complicated in UT3, so an armor ability would be as well (as you described here). I prefer things to be simple, so for now I won't touch armor.

No there is no real technical limit, but at some point it becomes hard to use (have to bang too many times on BUY to get it) and I suppose at some point some parts of UT3 will get overloaded. E.g. I think weapon speeds will collapse at some point.

On my way back from school, I remembered that the Alt-fire for the Impact Hammer causes the victim to drop any powerups they have on them, like Double Damage.

If the victim was using the Invulnerability globe, and had the Double Damage power up, when they get hit by the alt-fire, would they still drop their double damage?

Wow, that's a complicated question. I have no idea actually. My God mode (it is called god mode in BattleRPG not invulnerability globe) is based on the God mode in UT3. So the way God mode works would determine what happens here.

I was just checking to see if it got changed, because I remember awhile back I was playing Gal's Invasion against a bunch of Hammer Krall. I turned on God Mode thru the console as a cheat, and I would get the double damage pickup knocked out of me.

What about that one issue regarding Adrenaline Drip (UT2k4) and the manuel flying of a redeemer problem? Am not trying to sound like whiner, or critic. Don't get me wrong, am still in bliss that someone is actually doing the work professionally.

The problem I was talking about with the Drip was, when someone had the Adrenaline Drip, and was flying the deemer, they wouldn't get the adrenaline during that flight.

If I find anything else I'll mention it soon.

P.S.: I love your 'Sell' option in the ability menu...Thats something I wish the UT2k4RPG had. If I had a job, I'd buy you some pizzas...Fantastic work your doing!

If it works that way there, the God mode artifact will work the same.

This doesn't happen very often (flying the Redeemer) so why is this such an issue? I have added it to my to do list, so at some point I will perhaps look into it.

My own flavor of UT2004 RPG also has a sell all option (it's called rebuild there).

In ut2k4 invisibility is almost useless, as the bots & monsters just keep on going like you weren't invisible.

AFAIK it works a lot better in UT3.
