Sorry to hear about your last couple of weeks. Horrible having a bunch of things like that happen all at the same time. Sorta brings you down. Hope you two are doing better.

Indeed, we are worms to your command, give the word to shut up so you can recuperate and it will be done. Everything said here is in both your interests. Do what you need to do, regardless.

Ok, so we're both doing better, and our cars are almost better.

We ended up with new stereos that control our IPods, so that's cool.

There's still some parts on order for my car, so he's still a bit bruised, but hopefully that will get worked out soon.

Since this post, Shan has been super-busy with school, and I've been working on a big software engineering development at work, so when I get home, my interest just isn't in looking at a computer for much longer.

Her semester is coming to an end in the not too distant future, and hopefully this product I'm working on will get out the door in not too long; therefore hopefully you'll see more of us soon.

The fundamental problem is this: The first word we learn as children is NO. From that point forward society teaches women that saying no isn't polite, and society teaches men to respect those who wont take no for an answer.

Shut up? As far as I can see only good wishes and sympathy were given. I don't think for a minute we should shut up. If he or she or anyone else is bothered by good intensions, then they should either not read the thread or get professional help.

BTW, Dru and Shan... good luck with your trials and tribulations.
