I think an important fact to remember is when you boil everything down, it's just a game. If someone runs by and takes something from you, who cares?! Just a game. If someone takes your stuff if you die and doesn't give it back, he is a little greedy, but it's just a game. The only time it gets personal is when someone starts making fun of someone, calls someone names, or is pushing you off edges in order to get you killed. That is when the admins come in.

Druid vents when he's ingame by going vorpal on every titan on my screen and then some. Whenever he has a vorpal during a titan wave I sit there confused with the triple damage on and wonder if someone's wobbling a sheet of metal outside

And for the lone wolf players out there who don't like teamplay at all, remember that you're free to download Druid's UTRPG mod on the main page. Enjoy the benefits of single player RPG today, including: no pesky chat spam, text spam, kill stealing, ninja looting, voting of maps you don't like, or player interaction of any kind

Gee, thanks, Dru. I'll be sure to call you the next time we play together.

I do believe this thread was completely unneccessary, as cplmac stated. The rules and conditions set forth on this server are easily accessible, and even without them, it only only takes a few rounds of playing here to understand the atmosphere in which we play. I didn't even look at the rules until I had been playing for over 2 months. This is a testament both to the administration and the community that plays here. Anybody seriously questioning our code of conduct might be better served in another UT demographic, no insult intended. Have a nice day!

P.S. Maybe we can insert a post in here concerning the etiquette of our monsters. Here's a few....

1) When a monster kills you, it's extremely disrepectful of it to walk all over your dead corpse.
2) Hey, one rock is enough!! It's just rubbing it in when a titan sends 2 or 3 more your way after he's aready decapitated you.
3) No more ganging up! It's really unfair when you're the last player left and they all attack you at once.
4) Isn't it considered camping if a monster just sits on a powerup you want?

If you could relay these concerns to our erstwhile enemies, I'm sure that it would enable us to dispose of each other in a much more courteous manner.
