Ok this may be a little long so get yourself a bucket of popcorn. Now everyone has heard of love at first site but that is not really the case here. My first experience with Chloe was on my clans ventrilo server, a group based voice chat program. She was a pledge in our clan that someone had seen on late night. I had no clue who she was. When I saw her in there I said hello, cause that is simply the cordual thing to do. she was a little quiet at first, yea do you belive that . I personally don't want to see people feel like the left out one in any group I am associated with. So I started speaking to her, just cracking jokes and trying to get her to open up, man that didn't take long.
Through several months we would stay on many a night playing game and just joking around aboiut things. Talking aboiut game and real life things. You could tell we had gotten confortable with eachother. We joked around at first about visiting eachother, I hoonestly didn't think that would ever happen. One day she sent me an email telling about feelings she had that were a little more than friends. I kinda had those feelings inside myself but she was so far away. But we decided to take a stab at it anyway. A few days after we officially said we were together I told her that i had a plane ticket ready for her to come and visit. The meeting was finally going to happen.
After 3 plane delays, caused by US customs, she finally made it here( I like to think we beat the government in getting her here, thats a whole other story). She came down to Tennesse. A bit of a change from her normal Calagary living. She stayed with me for a little more than a month and I took her around to the sites of Tennessee. Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, Chatanooga Aquarium, I even got her to get over her fear of heights for a moment and get on the Chatanooga Inclined Railway. I wanted her to have a trip she would remember.
Ok I just realized how long this is getting, sorry. Anyway after she went back home we made plans for her to come back, this time for a longer period of time. In October I am driving to the northen US and picking her and her little one, Kayden, up and bringing them here to live for as long as the government will let them. Many told us we were crazy for even trying but when you care about someone enough you can always make things happen for the best.

Don't you just love stories like that? I love Em's story and I still get a kick out of Dru and Shan's. "FLINT?!" Hahaha...Good luck to you both.

okay so since chach told his side my side is this: All of the ventrillo was right on for me too but when it came to meeting him the first time it was so exciting. My parents were not as thrilled. I went through endless hours of lectures on how he could be some psycho killer or whatever. Customs was to say the least the worst thing I have ever had to go through, well except the time chach got me to go over a suspension bridge and he jumped on it Not to mention the fact i am scared of heights and I was getting on a plane. When I got off the plane and saw him for the first time, that was it for me I fell for him instantly. This may be crazy but 3 days later i told him I loved him, I expected him to be freaked but he wasnt Chach took me to my first concert (yeay papa roach) and took me sight seeing. "chach the truck was crap I just convinced it to give up lol" But anyways now I find myself with my house nearly empty moving to another contry and giveing up almost everything I own so I can be with the man I love and want to share the rest of my life with.

Welcome to the states Chloe! Steelace and I went to Lookout mountain back in March on our way back from a Pyro seminar. And that Chattanooga inclined train is insane, for those of you who don't know what it is have a listen:
the incline train is on a grade so steep it is pulled straight up the mountain side by enormous cables, it doesn't even have an engine, but it is a full size railroad car. I swear after riding it it is a 45 degree angle straight up the mountain side. Chach did you get her to stand on any of the boulders overlooking the valley? That really tosses your stomach.
Great story you two, and I hope it has a happy ending, I'm sure it will. Maybe this winter when I'm off work I will swing on down to see ya's.

good, bad, I'm the guy with the gun.

lookout mountian was crap. I freaked the whole way my hands were just shakin bad the whole way up and chach wanted me to look out the top of the roof i was terrified. Now rock city oh thats so worth it. Its in a sence tranquil and relaxing, the last part has all this black light reactive fairy tale rooms its so cool. The aquarium is really worth seein too but make sure u have alot of time to get through it all cause we rushed and it still took us 2 hrs. Ruby falls was cool but there is too much technology down there i mean i want to see more natural than haviNG tvs down in the cave. One place chach took me was this lake outside his home town in the middle of nowhere. It so quiet and it gives u a chance to just listen to birds and walk around the lake with your lover lol and there is a fish hatchery nearby as well next time I think we shoudl have a canoe and sit out and fish (ahem yes fish) for the day lol.

oh and cpl it would be awesome to meet you in person. I may have the chance of meeting nick aka fire eclipse on my way down to the states as long as we get there in time...we will im sure

Cpl, it was hard enough to get her to get on the railway hehe. She didn't step too close to any edges but there were several great views. It was kinda funny, from as high a we were we could see the hotel we stayed at like it was right in front of us, just several miles away . If anyone is into a trip in Tennessee, you should definately check out the sites of east Tennessee. Definately alot of things to check out there. And Cpl, if you do happen to swing this way you have a place to crash if needed.

That is just awesome about the two of you!! I like reading about those things. Nice to see people happy like you two. Seems like the two of you are perfect for one another and I can tell the two of you will be happy for many many many years.

Well, according to the state of Utah (which is not always a believable source) Dru and I are married, yes. Or at least, that's what Dru keeps telling me....
