Ok, so now its over. What did you all get? Best gift or top three...whatever...I'm at work and I'm wasting time.

I got a digital camera!! That was #1....

I also got some SNL DVD's from various people, a skirt (and a Milky Way) from Cham, a camel back from his parental units, some brain buster wooden puzzles from Santa's elves (I haven't even figured out the first one yet... ) Oh! Dru, Shan, Pyro and Wombat will appreciate this...my grandparents bought Grave Robbers from Outer Space and Kung-Fu Samurai on Giant Robot Island for me. Hehehe.....

It was a good Christmas!

Sounds like you made out like a bandit.

I got a ProView 19" flat panel monitor, GeoForce FX 5200 graphics card and Quake4 from the wife. The video card is the wrong one (identicle to the one I use now), but we are gonna upgrade it. What was so really awesome is that after 13 years of marriage and getting socks, shirts and the like, this time she tried to get some cool techno-nerd stuff for me. I was amazed.

Other cool stuff, several DVD's of movies I missed in theaters ('cause I was mushin' bugs) along with those socks, shirts, etc.

Good ol' Insanity Clause was pretty cool this year.

A new set of Carhardts, my old ones grew legs and walked away this past year. Spy Microscoop shades, a Guinness mirror, Steelace gave me a rocking Antec Neo Power 480 modular power supply, and a great flannel/hoody combo. Very good X-mas this year with some very useful stuff!

good, bad, I'm the guy with the gun.

I got some books I been looking for from the wife, along with a new headset/mic (for some reason the cats love to chew the wires on those, go figure.) A barns & noble gift card (yes I'm a book freak), a set of wine goblets and a couple of bottles of wine from local NY winerys (I like to try odd wines whilst reading) from my brother in law. Cloths, and a together gift card to lowes from my parents in law. (I was thinking "wahoo, new plunge router! boss lady and I went shopping, we came out with a lamp for the bedroom and 3 bords to make my son new shelving for his room <shrugs>.)
To tell the trueth, the best part of christmas was the look on my sons face when he opened his ps2. (I'm a nintendo man and swore that I would never have another game system in the house, well the look of radiant excitment on his face when he opened that box was great! I think it's the first time I've seen him speachless ever! )

Awesome! Pyro, I can't remember the exact address but its somewhere in Taylorsville. For some reason, 60 something and Redwood is sticking in my mind. I have the info at home and I'll send it to you.

Welcome back CPL! It was good to see you in game again last night!

Sounds like everyone got some really good nerdy stuff!

Everybody loves getting gifts, but I have to agree with Em on watching other people. Sounds like your little rugrat just loved his PS2! I usually have a gift picked out that I'm really excited to give and watch the reciever's reaction. This year it wasn't a gift, but a stocking. Chameleon spent Christmas with my family and I did a bit of sneaking around and got his mom to send his sock. It was awesome.

PS> I went home yesterday and somebody had figured out that first brain buster wood puzzle.
