ARG! stats reset and i didn't hit the button!!

K, so first of all you all have a great server...I love it and thanks for such a friendly and cool atomsphere!!! Thanks!!

I got on tonight and found that I had dropped from a level 18 to a 5 and, I promise, I did NOT hit the reset button. Was there a general reset for everyone? Do you have to play a certain amount of time every week to keep the character at it's current level?

I look forward to building back up, but don't want to lose them again because of something I did or do by accident.

Once in a blue moon there is a house cleaning. People who have not been of for a certain amount of time or who are below level X ( I think 15 ) are deleted. This only happens every 6 months or so and there is always a warning post about it. Dru never cleans house without letting everyone know first. I did not see any house cleaning messages, so it sounds like a glitch to me. By glitch I mean accidental reset button! Email the admin at

You might be able to get reset.

Yah, and you might want to make sure that you used the same name. If you change one character of your Knick, you are considered a new player.

An example would be adding a clan name to yours after you have been here awhile. From the way I understand it, the server thinks your a new player.

The only other thing that can cause this is logging out, changing your name, and signing back in with another name.

Without any in game name, it's impossible for me to check...

You must be changing it after you join the game. I know that if you change and log back in your stats will be attached to your old name, not your new one.

that may have been what i did!!!

played in an ONS mixer and added the prefix....

EDIT: I changed my name back to the original spelling and it got my Level back!!

i awnsered my orginial question, removed the mixer team tag and got my level 18 back today....
