Hello, I'd like to play on the Disastrous Consequences server, but I am having a hard time getting the files needed to do so.

DC Doesn't allow me to download them via UT2004, so I downloaded DruidsRPG from here because it said I needed DruidsShaders1. So I install DruidsRPG and it is still saying I need it. Chances are I installed it incorrectly. Any help would be much appreciated, as well as laying off the "noob" and "Lamer" comments. Thanks.

I believe what happened is that the file for Druids RPG is set to extract the mutator into a separate folder called DruidsRPG that is under your UT2004 folder. Take everything in the folders under DruidsRPG and paste them into the proper folders.

I.E: System to System, Textures to Textures.

It's a small error in the download that makes it create its own folder for some reason that Druid hasn't corrected.

Check your firewall amd make sure that ports 7777-7779 and 27902-27902 are open, not sure which is which but one should be for gameplay and the other would most likely be for downloading through UT2004. Of course if you don't have this problem elswhere you probably don't need to worry about it.

actualy, i think druid did it on purpose.
like if you extract it, it isnt always to handy if it is all in place right away.
i prefer if it has a upper folder aswel like druids rpg.
because i always like to know wich files it has,
and look through it first.
also druids rpg is slightly different because you have to edit .ini files and such.
meaning that installing it directly like that, wont be of any use if you actualy want to use the druidsrpg in combination with the normal rpg in offline play.

Well if youre ever curious what files are in a zip file you can always open it without extracting the files and browse the contents.

Also installing it without editing the ini files is the reason there is a readme.

Frankly, I think there would be fewer problems by making it unzip to the proper location than this way because people do occasionaly ask the question in this thread.

Agreed. I'll restructure

at my server some people that want to join, get a error that they cant download DruidShaders1 from the server,
any idea what might be causing this ?

Do you have the shaders file in the right folder?

I've had a few poeple tell me stuff like this as well, but typically it can be fixed by asking them to upgrade to the latest patch.

hmm, wel I am 100% sure that it is in textures, were it is supposed to be.
but is it possible that it is because ive uncompiled your rpg, and made slight adjustments for my server ? and then recompiled.
that there is some link between your custom rpg and the shaders ?
[if you do not like it that i am running a adjusted version of the RPG do say so, it is still credited to you.]
[since i am soon going to put on the playeragreement, wich wil credit both you and mysterial for the rpg, and that i just made some adjustments]
speaking about the agreement, wil it ingame still say "DruidsPlayerAgreement" or wil this adjust itself, or can be changed somewere ?
