Stat reset
From DisastrousConsequences
Stat reset can refer to two things: the in-game Reset button in the Levelling menu, or requesting a stat reset from the administrators.
What the in-game Reset button does
The in-game reset button can be found in the Levelling menu. If you click this button, it will delete all of your levels and set your character back to Level 1. Therefore, DO NOT click it if you don't want to start over.
Requesting a stat reset
You may request a stat reset from the owners of the server. This form of stat reset allows you to keep all of the experience you have earned, but reallocate your stat points except for the character's class. You may not change a character's class.
How do I request a stat reset?
Please read ALL of the following items carefully in order to properly process your stat reset or name change request:
- Requesting a reset will allow you to keep your current character level but release all of your stats (so you can choose them again).
- Once you choose a rpg class (Adrenaline Master, Weapons Master, etc.) that character is bound to that class and will not be removed by the admins.
- You cannot get a partial reset of skills. For example, the admins cannot simply delete one skill that you purchased by accident.
- Make sure to include the username of the character you would like reset with exact spelling, or, if you would like to change the name of a character, specify the character's old name and what you would like to change it to.
- Character names cannot be longer than 20 characters.
- We do not process any resets, name changes, or other functions for individuals with high ASCII characters in their names. If you fall under that category, you will either have to create a new character or click on the Reset button in game (which will delete all of your experience and set your character back to level 1).
- This request uses the owners' personal time. Please be respectful by using this option sparingly.
- Resets can take up to one month to complete. Please do not email more than once.
After you have read the above instructions, you may request your reset or name change by emailing rpgchange1@DisastrousConsequences.com.
