Greetings all, I'm trying out Google Addsense on the forums to generate some revenue to cover the colocation fees. So, no we haven't been hacked ;). These should be fairly un-obtrusive down the right, and if you do see something you like, please feel free to click.

Hatter, these are paid advertisers who list with Google. People like Dru here have opportunity to list these ads for some kind of compensation to help google and it's advertisers business as well. You don't have to click on them if you don't want to. But if you see something that interests you, by all means click on it. They are random from a pool of advertisers.

ya, but even if im not interested and i click druid gets money, therefore is good to click those add everychance i got (to help the server/druid), isnt it?

I was wondering what was going on. The UT2004 forum only had two topics displayed on the first page. Using Adblock Plus here. Edit: I disabled adblock and still have the problem. Must be some weird cache issue.

Google has ways to determine if you're clicking things just to click them. If it detects many of those, they get cranky with me, so my recommendation is only to click if you see something that you are interested in.
