UT04 models for Gmod?

So lately I've been messing around in Garry's Mod (the sandbox program for STEAM games). I've seen a lot of recent UT04 player models made from Gmod models. So what I'm wondering is if anyone knows of a program that can do that, but in reverse?

IE, taking the Miko Fox model I use and making it usable in Garry's mod as a ragdoll or player model. Anyone know of a program that can do this and is easy to learn?

Didn't have Steam before (have Left4Dead2 now) ,I was going to convert the Rorschach model to UT2K4 and needed steam
but it is possible to do. Google it there are several programs that can convert them to the needed format.
As far as ease of use that usually depends on how familiar you are with the other needed programs 3Ds,Maya ,etc
