You would need to create a new class, which is sub-classed off of DruidArtifactMakeMagicWeapon, and remove the if block containing the IsSuperWeaponAmmo checks. Then create a new mutator around that new class, and changes references in the UT2004RPG.ini file to use your artifact rather than the original Druid one.

Note however that magic on the primary redeemer fire will normally not work, because as soon as you fire, your current weapon changes to a diferent weapon, so when the redeemer explodes it cannot apply the magic of the current weapon. So magic redeemers only work when guided.

Also be aware that specific magic types (e.g. infinite) cannot be applied to redeemers even if the MWM allowed it.

Note that at one time the MWM did work on superweapons (v1.53), but the check on superweapons was added to remove an exploit - so I would think carefully before going down this route.

Basically you have to create a new modifier. This involves coding stuff in UnrealScript.
You cannot do the change you want just by configurating your server differently.

But I really suggest that it is not a good idea.
