My shirt is a little small because intead of shopping at the big and tall stores, I shop at the short and midgety mall. I finally remembered where my name came from! It came from my dad! His name was Matt, but all he did was lay around on the front porch, his cousin's name was Bob, but all he did was hang around in the pool all day floating up and down. Bob's brother was Phil, and Phil liked to jump into freshly dug holes. Their half brother's name was Bill, Bill liked to stuff himself into mailboxes; don't know why but he did. Bill's real dad was a man named Art; Art liked to hang himself on the wall and just wait for people to look at him. Art had a uncle named Skip; Skip liked to water ski, but wasn't very good. They all were related a really, really, short man named who was named Squirt. Squirt had a dog that was born without any legs; Squirt didn't name him anything cause the dog wouldn't come to you if you called him anyway. Which leads us to how my Dad named me Lon as I like to lay out in front of the house. I finally firgured out i must be bright that is why my Dad calls me sun! biceps1 the above story bears no resemebalance to persons living or dead, and i have started flogging myself with a cat of nine tails after reading this post a second time

Cool thread! My name came from the fact I was raised in a cave. Wait, that's not it. Here it is: I got my name back when i first started shopping on E-Bay. (you need a handle to buy and sell on there). I had just finished working on the biceps in the gym, so I put down biceps for my name. E-bay wouldn't take it and recommended I add a number so there you go-biceps1, and the rest is history. For those of you who don't know me I am a competitive bodybuilder finishing 5th in the Mr. Montana, and 2 in the Northwest Natural Bodybuilding championships in 1998. I qualified for the world Naturals that year. I am also a black belt in shotokan karate and compete in tourneys around the northwest. I have taken many kicks to the head in those tourneys, and that explains a lot doesnt it?!?!?!? biceps1 there is no problem so big, that brute force and violence can't fix

Here is a couple of pics of me. You can trace all my troubles to the dumbells I was lifting. I must have dropped one of them on my head cause the dumbell has a dent in it now. The other pic is of me (on the far right) and my old clan at our 1st BBQ we held in Phoenix. We were drinking a toast to our clan drinking 15 year old makers mark. Yum Yum! The BBQ was a blast and I will be allowed back in Phoenix in 2 years! I am glad to see pics of all of you! What a great idea cham!
