Weapon names not showing

Well i recently got LW... (loaded weapons) but my problem is, i have to open my console to see what kind of magic i have on my weapons, on my bros computer (before my dad rebuilt it) had it set so that when you swich weapons, it will show the name of the wepon he swiched too and also the stats it had, is there any way to turn that on? -Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Ok tidu, there is a skill that allows that, doesnt give exact numbers, but gives health bar...
