I'm glad this is back up, been waiting since yesterday afternoon. Wife had surgery yesterday and while she was sleeping post-op, I couldn't even play. I was soooo board! SO I watched 2 episodes of Game of Thrones.

Maybe?!?! Well, update on that. The new phone came (just wanted the battery, was cheaper that buying just a battery) and it's the PHONE! The old battery charged in the new phone, but the old phone will not turn on. It did for about 20 seconds..then went black again.

I feel so mad inside, my whole family and friends numbers are all gone. I cant even call mom right now to whine about it

. But, I'm too tired to be real vocal... I need it more for a security blanket more than anything, when I'm on the road. I have the new (refurbished...oh great) phone here. Got to have my number and minutes transferred. Tried putting my old SIM card into it, but the new phone rejected it. Just need some anti rejection drugs for the transplant to work.

Hope this year will be better than the last for everyone!

The other bennies of SSD is heat and noise. There are none...and since there are no moving parts, it's shock tolerant while in use....hence good for laptops. Power consumption too is a plus as it doesn't require 12v to power a step motor and spindle.

Downside, beyond the price per gig, must run current OS with TRIM. So if you still rock XP, your out of the running.

There are many makers these days. I would recommend if you do get one, select one with a SanForce controller.
