I was just going by what I read in: http://www.disastrousconsequences.com/dc/druidsrpgweapons.jsp which I do see that it only applies to Druid's weapons. It just doesn't say that the others (such as poison) weapons don't behave similarly. It was just easy to extrapolate that information to the rest of the weapons, and as you heard, I wasn't the only one.

So, what does a poison+4 really do? Is it poison +40% damage? Or 40% longer poison DOT?

Just a word of caution from experience: stay away from copyrighted words or brand names. It happened to our quake2/3 clan (the owner of the site got a nasty cease and desist letter from big-nasty-corporate-law-firm and no, we never sold or produced any t-shirt/mousepads/etc... with their precious corporate logo). Usually this doesn't happen, but it happened to us and to another well known clan in the Quake community (they went by color names but their clan was named after a crayon brand).

What are the starting values for the stats for a brand-new player? I think they start at level 5. For example, I know Addrenaline is set to 100 - do any others start higher than zero?

The reason I'm asking is because I'm plotting out how much I'm supposed to have and how much I will need for certain abilities (and at what levels I'll be able to get them) but something isn't right with my calculations (spreadsheet) because I'm off by 11 points. I'm at level 49, so at 7 points/level I'm supposed to have 343, correct? (points spent + available)

Anyway, I may look at making a level/skill calculator other than a spreadsheet, and if I do I'll post it.

They are... it's just that the date is in european (also s. american) format of dd/mm/yyyy. Also, some posts at the top may be anchored there (or pinned) if the admins think they are important enough and don't want them to scroll down.

Well, I'm not sure how the admin did it, but I can send Druid the address of the server I went to if he wants to see it (I don't want to post another server's address here - seems like bad form).

Anyway, I work at the same place as XChosen so I also hail from Oklahoma City. I'm way too old to be playing these games - at least that's what most people say (and my wife would probably agree) 2 awesome kids (actually teens by now) and we play many online games together. I've been in the computer field longer than most of you have been alive so we won't go into that - both XChosen and I specialize in an obscure and arcane OS (which happens to be the best OS around but nobody has heard of it kind of thing) but it still pays the bills and it is popular in Healthcare and Financial markets.

I don't do outside stuff much although I do like snow-skiing and horseback riding (but my back won't let me ride any more - and it would look weird since we live in the city anyway). Recently we went rock climbing and that brought back a bunch of memories... including the ones of the muscles I had forgotten I had and that had not done any work in many years.

Music is probably something I would list as a hobby (I'm a frustrated drummer inside) and my taste is highly eclectic so it's almost easier to list what I don't llisten to (but I won't because there are always exceptions). I've made great use of Itunes lately. As for sports, well, soccer (as you call it in this contry - the rest of the world calls it football) being that I didn't grow up in the USA.

We (a group of us that has been playing for over 5 years) are playing Worlds of Warcraft now. Before that we did Dark Age of Camelot and Asheron's Call before it. We started with Quake2 and I continued with Quake3. UT was just a novelty so I never played it much even though I kept up with the series. Honeslty, if I hadn't found this server and the RPG mod, I probably would have already removed UT2K4 - so thanks Shan & Druid for the fun server/mod

I don't know if this applies but I hopped on another server (yeah, yeah, but DC was full

and they had various sizes of the monsters - it was cool. I didn't much care for the ant-sized ones (because they are very hard to see) but the different sizes on the familiar monsters was cool. Would this be possible with your mod too? (just curious - not a formal request or anything)

Oh, and while you are removing maps, remove BoomBoomBridge just to annoy XChosen
