yesterday was my first time killing myself and a few others with the redeemer after all this time. i hit the "ceiling" of sky in gothic2004, thinking i could manually curve it back down after shooting it up, trying what i thought was a good way to make sure nothing or noone would be hit, and then byebye me and 3 others...i felt so bad about it :{

the redeemer only kills others if you die from the blast if it goes off near you. for some reason, the redeemer harms anything once the shooter dies. otherwise it won't harm anyone else, unless the force itself knocks them into the pit

as for sports...i play just about anything! not good at rollerblading or ice skating since i don;t have a pair of blades for either sport, and the times i tried i fall on my butt <_<. but i love sports nonetheless, and i enjoy them with others :}

i am like many of you in that i rather dislike watching televised sports..i find no delight in it at all. i think much of the distaste comes from the fact that most who obsessively watch them don;t do any physical activity at all...and many people overextend their egos and pride into teams and players and turn into jerks over such games between teams. but thats just my opinion. people can enjoy whatever they want however they wish :}

i look here regularly for new models and skins, though in the past i have found many others on different sites. some of the rare neat skins usually aren't made publicly available.

when you download the file and open the zip, make sure to follow the "readme" file precisely on where to place each portion of the model/skin. hope this helps! :}

that vehicle fall off thing and being still alive affected me once on an assault map. i think it was holocorp maybe..anyways i, errr...drove off the side with the vital vehicle with my poor passenger helper...boy i felt stupid. i deserved being stuck for that <_<

i like this idea too, it allows for more artifacts to go around. i usually toss the ones i know i won't use. thank you fodderfigure for the hot keys thingy to make it so much easier ^__^

i like to keep a lightning bolt on hand, those can be usely for not only clearing away bug swarms, but hurting other swarms of enemies like the skaarj, and making some nice experience with each shock that makes contact. i almost never use electromagnet, invincibility orb, or boots of flight, so out they go!

music! when i am at the comp, or working out, music is a necessity..i am not sure why....but i like it! i mentioned in another topic that one of the biggest constituents to a good gaming experience, no doubt about it. ut2004 has great tunes, of course

call me dorky, but i love video game musics enough to listen to the soundtracks and stuff over and over. i also like video game remixes done at http://vgmix.com/ and http://www.ocremix.org/ i have over 20 gigs devoted to video game music on my compy i enjoy every day :} video game music encompasses just about every genre of music out there...just give a listen to musics from the final fantasy series, metroid, and of course the latter castlevania games

anyhoo, i listen and have enjoyed non-video game music just as much. generally i find myself gravitating to techno and electronica stuff, but i like so much it really is hard to even say what is my favorite. i also really really enjoy the ambient synthesizer musics, sometimes deemed new age, which kinda bad term for it. such an example is kitaro...a really skilled musician. in the past i listened a lot to classic rock, like grateful dead, pink floyd, the doors, jimi hendrix, etc. rammstein is rather good i have found, pearl jam, and my goodness just so many i could list @_@

i don't mind the voice chatting much at all...i find it sometimes enjoyable hearing the conversations had and the comeraderie inherent in many of you all with each other. sad thing is, the music often drowns out a lot of what people say, and when i have a weapon or artifact i want to give and someone tries to tell me who they are, i often have to ask them to type their name o_o also, many maps have no music, so its even more welcome!

the one thing that can be annoying are some who keep pestering for a map choice or such, that i have found. its rare, but once in awhile there is a whiny-wanty opionated person.

and i am too why for vocal chatty myself, even if i could do it *^_^*

it actually kills you on the way up when standing on it and not back to the wall the whole way. you get crushed from the overhang above in a split second!

lol, perhaps..but not when you are running to get to the second level while the countdown goes off, and you lose out on the whole next wave!

yeah, there is much to say about etiquette while playing, thats for sure. we all do things by mistake at times. i sometimes have been running around and tramped over an artifact i didn't earn by mistake. usually i stop and wait for someone to say something or shoot at me if they wanted it, (i type slow so i can't say anything in game since it takes long) otherwise if they say or do nothing i will continue running. there are also situations where people shoot at the same monster that lets an item go, and noone knows who really killed it...generally i will leave and let them have it. unless its a weapon maker and i have a -3 flak <_<

as for superweapons...well...i haven't killed anyone using one myself, but once before i leaped in the way of one shooting it, and we died. i apologized, but i felt stupid for being careless and stuff :/

and yeah...this is a team game...noone owns monsters to kill. i don;t even have time most moments to see who is going for what, so i just kill anything in view as quick as possible. sometimes i think i help others this way, since the less that is after them, the longer they may survive and kill elsewhere.

the double damage waiting i see often. thats what i think is inconsiderate..i see people wait before the wave begins, and someone else just runs by and takes it as the countdown is going. they not only are wasting its usage time, but thats just rude as heck

oh yes, i have my hate list too <_<

1. hollagal got my biggest one down pat. nothing annoys me more than than a surprise titan crush, be it from an arch above. or a light incline that could not possibly allow a crush but does anyways

2. nothing like doing well during a titan or queen moment, and one spawns behind you from nowhere and unleashes an attack that kills you without even a chance!

3. someone tell me how titans can toss rocks from behind them or toss them and not even be making a throwing motion >_<

4. nalis with shield guns and spawning right next to you! but what i will never understand is how the rocket launcher ones can shoot you right in your face, and yet they don't get hurt from it. i know when i shoot at something close up like that, a lot of health is taken away!

5. how about those moments when you are all alone somewhere and you see 10 or so skaarj coming at you from a distance with a thousand shots like fireworks heading in your direction!

6. onslaught's skaarj babies and those yellow gliding thingies that can take forever to find

7. using a magic weapon maker, and wasting 100 adrenaline on just an effect and no increase in power. like using it on the flak and getting just a sturdy flak with no + addition!

8. exploding in a shower of body parts!

9. when a pet warlord kills something, and falls like a dork into a pit, laughing like an idiot all the way, hahahahahah! *crash! is out!*

10. in a low gravity level, when someone ion painter or redeemer blast knock you down into a pit at super speed so fast, you don;t have time to use the translocater to recover from it

and thats it, my top 10 hate list in no specific order :}
