Fallen if you have such a problem with people making your base stronger then don't build one.

shields healing faster then regular HP may be true, but you also have to remember the engi link has more power now because of the slower fire rate, but also shields only heal to about half of what HP does. So HP will take longer to heal then shields.

true, but shield goes away a crap load quicker too. and besides people are supposed to be out running around killing stuff, not camping in a base, so shield won't last long if they are out killing, leaving the hp.

I think the bases are a great retreat to meet the medic at for health, kind of like filling up at the gas station. other then that, I don't see why anyone would want to just sit in a base the entire map.

I play medic once in a while and I run around killing and healing at the same time. I get plenty of xp from healing ppl. and I haven't seen a shield blast go off in quite some time now anyway because most ppl that are engineer are either low lvl and are too concentrated on building stuff...or a hybrid who doesn't use it because they're busy using better skills.

To what disadvantage are you referring?

Fallen, all you have done is complain and complain about things ON this server and the people who play here. I've played here for quite a few years and have NEVER seen ANYBODY complain as much as you have in the last few days. I am almost sure anyone and everyone else who has read your posts are tired of your complaining.

You don't want people building in your base? Don't build one. Your looking at that entirely the wrong way. Instead of looking at it like "they're stealing my xp!" Try looking at it as, "they're keeping me alive longer so I can get more xp," because ultimately that's what is happening.

You want the game to be so easy that you don't even have to do anything to level. You don't want teamplay, that's quite obvious, so my suggestion is to play single player or find another server. This is a community server, meaning we help each other out, we protect each other from getting killed as best we can, and as far as I'm concerned you don't want to be part of our comminity by the way your complaining all the time.

All of your complaining is extremely insulting to me. As far as I'm concerned you are doing nothing more then insulting the server I play on and the people I play with. You will NEVER find a better server to play on then DC, and you will NEVER find a better group of people to play with.

And to all my friends and comrades here at DC: if I offended any one of you with this post or made you feel as if I have stepped on your toes in any way I truly apologize, it was not my intentions to do so. I am merely defending DC and the amazing community we have here!!

if I remember correctly it's only for people lvl 200 and above right now... is what I heard anyway. haven't played so don't know for sure.
