I made this map a couple months ago and I decided to finish it and polish it up. I'll have it available for download very soon. It's a small CTF map with two paths to each base.

I used to play Command and Conquer renegade (crappy game) because of the community, then I moved to ut2k4. On GBa I play final fantasy 1&2 because it rocks. I also annoy people on Halo 2 Xbox Live. (name: tidu). I have battlefield vietnam adn was looking to reinstall it after i restore my computer, because my new video card will make the game more enjoyable. and when I do play it, i won't do more than ride around in the buggy blasting "WAR: WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?"

guild wars looks like a good game too. I played in a weekend beta for it and it was fun. It's also the only free MMO. Anarchy online is also free now, until 2006, so I might look into that.

In a couple days i'll be refreshing the computer, wiping out everything. i'll have to reinstall ut2k4 again. is the rpgi nfo in the ut2004 ini file? if it is, can I just put the ini on an external harddrive, and bring it back over and overwrite the new ini of ut2004 after i reinstall it? so i don't lose 32 levels

to be honest, i've never seen null entropy do anything to any monsters i use it on. It doesn't even affect me when i do self damage.

awareness is 20?!?

now I'll have to wait two more levels to get it... it's not worth it

I just thought it'd look cool to have the numbers popping up for a second and the experience you got. and it shouldn't be a hard script, I don't think :p

some suggestions:

when you hit an ememy, it'd be cool to see how uch damage you dealt. like in msot RPGs, you hit an enemy and like 100 pops up and goes away. it could be toggled on and off if people don't like it. it's be useful for experience, too.

i've always said this: activated abilites. I was thinking of a lock on type thing, without actually locking on. you just have to have the cursor over the enemy, and a box would come up, "highlighting" then enemy and you have abilities hotkeyed to 1-9 and you just press that number.
