Include 1 deemer Nali in wave 16. Maybe 2.

I notice that high level player's eventually run out of skills to purchase. So maybe add more levels to skills while balancing out the benefits to fit porportionately such as:

Cautiousness: reduce damage by 10% and have 7 levels of that with the same point cost with level 6 = 40 and 7 = 45.

Increase the weapon speed attribute cap. Reason being that with resupply 4, I wouldn't think on some weapons you can't fire fast enough to exhaust all your ammo. It would be like walking around with an infinity rocket laucher of (fill in the blank). I was thinking about raising it just enough so that it drains faster than resupply 4 restores ammo.

Countershove: 15% momentum given with total of 10 levels.

Ghost: level 4 with +150 health.

Iron Legs: 5 levels at 20% reduction of damage each.

Regeneration: add a level 6.

Retaliation: that has the right idea with 5% and 10 levels.

Smart Healing: 20% extra with 5 levels.

Denial: level 4 allows accidental self inflicted deaths.

Add Stability skill: much like the sturdy weapons but only dampening the effect rather than nullifying it out.

This kind of adjustment can be done by any/all the skills. Doing this will basically extend the time it takes to max out a character. But I notice alot of characters are getting close to that point. Maybe even add the possiblity of multi-class characters when they reach a certain level. I wouldn't think it would be a problem to have a Loaded Weapons/Loaded Artifacts player running around. For them to achieve level 300, I'd say they earned it. And if you have to, you can charge double the character points for an "out of class" skill to purchase.
Is it just the loaded artifact class that can't pick up a monster summon charm or what? I can pick up any other charm, though it doesn't add two of it, but I've even tried dropping some of my droppable charms and still can't pick up a monster summon charm.

You know what i haven't tried? i feel dumb now.

I haven't tried patching the installed version to 3355. I just assumed the 64 patch WAS a patch to 3355 since the zip file has 3355 in the file name.

I'll try patching the game first and then transferring the 64 bit patch to the directory and see how that works.

also, from talking with a friend, it sounds like the 64 bit has nothing to do with color resolution but just the communication between cpu and OS. This 64 bit stuff is still new to me.

now i'm here at work and really anxious to get home. oh well, just 6 more hours to go.
i haven't looked for a log yet. I'll have to check it out when i get home.

i also installed farcry 64 bit but it all looks the same as the 32 bit and i notice that in the resolution settings that all the resolutions show x32. i would think that with the 64 bit, it would show x64 by the resolution. the game gives the indication that it IS 64 bit because it runs without the DVD.

i also notice that in the display settings for windows it still shows highest color resolution being 32. i wonder if it is suppose to show 64.

also, in case anyone was wondering, yes i have updated my video and sound drivers for the 64 bit versions.
I just upgraded my OS to the 64 bit version for my AMD 64 4000 and when trying to run the 64 bit .exe of UT2004, I just get the splash screen and then it disappears. The program never runs. Anyone else have that problem?

Also, shouldn't there be a selection for 64 bit color resolution when changing the display settings?
when I finally get a house, i will have it set up like a movie theatre. I already have a projector in mind. the Benq PB8220 which puts out great resolution. I will have a nice screen of course. And I'll have 7.1 surround sound too. With a projector, I can get rid of my big screen TV. The projector should be able to put out about a 10 foot screen. A friend of mine bought the projector that i researched and he says its the best thing he every did. No more big tv in the way. although his wife and kids use it all the time so he doesnt know what its like to watch any of his movies on it.
I'd like to go see it... but....

I really get upset having to pay $20 for tickets for two and then another $10-$20 for any food and drink, and then find nice comfy seats right in the middle, and then start munchin on snacks only to see...

As much as I like watching movies on the big screen, I really don't like how they are incorporating commercials (anything to make more money by sponsors). I'll wait for the DVD.
last wave could have someone as a "mutant" which gets enhanced abilities and everyone must kill him/her which the killer gets bonus points. the "mutant" gets bonus points for each player killed. the "mutant" would be random.

i found that if the file is a umod or something and if you double click it and nothing happens, what you do is:

right click,
click on Open with...
then browse in your UT2004 directory and select Setup.exe
then it will install it.

this also works for things like mods and stuff.
These would be great Extremely Rare type weapons. I think the chance for magical weapons is 33%. Extremely Rare would be great at about 2% or so. These would be cool to incorporate on the DC server at that frequency rate. (Loaded weapons would use 2% for each weapon to get the Extremely Rare types)
dont forget to bring earplugs this time. your ears will probably be ringing for about 2 days. i get plugs every time i went to Ozzfest. worked like a charm. of course i took them out during my favorite band songs.
